Remi Gaillard, a serial prankster from France, disguises as a speed camera by the side of the road, airport, field and train rail, and flashes his camera as vehicles go speeding by.

But Remi isn't done with his speeding offenders; he turns around and pursues them down the road while sending off a barrage of camera flashes. He is eventually arrested by the law enforcement after he flashes a passing-by police car.

The video is already very popular on YouTube, attracting almost 5 million views in just four days.
